Scalpel in CPM154 w/ Carbon Fiber

This Little Scalpel has been created with CPM 154 Stainless Steel. The handle is constructed from Carbon Fiber Weave from the damaged belly pan of a plane with nickel silver. The Nickel Silver has been file worked in a rope pattern and then lightly blued with a torch.  The handle is secured with domed nickel silver pins. The blade measurements are 1/16 inch on the spine above the ricasso, 1/2 inch wide, 2 1/4 inch blade and 6 3/4 inches overall.

This knife comes with a nylon zipperd pouch.

About the Maker: About the Maker: Jonathan Caruso is a Forged in Fire champion and a Journeyman Smith through the American Bladesmith Society. He retired from the United States Marine Corps and now works at his home forge in Arkansas and is co-owner of Arkansas Knife Shop. He has been making knives since 2013.
