By Knifemakers. For Knifemakers.

We are knife enthusiasts. We make them; we carry them. We appreciate the details and craftsmanship put into a well designed knife and the custom made sheath that accompanies it.

Scott & Stacey Kirby

Co-owners Scott and Stacey have been part of central Arkansas their entire lives and had dreamt of opening a knife shop at The Village of Pickles Gap for years. Scott has been making knives for 20+ years. He's an active member and officer of the Arkansas Knife Guild and often hosts meetings at his home forge. Through the guild he has won 1st place in the chopper competition, 2nd place in the culinary knife competition, and 2nd place in the seax competition.

At Arkansas Knife Shop, Scott manages the inventory, and Stacey makes custom leather sheaths while also working as the accounts manager.

Jonathan & Heather Caruso

Co-owners Jonathan and Heather Caruso made Conway their home in 2020 after Jonathan retired from the Marine Corps. Jonathan began making knives in 2013 and competed to become a Forged in Fire champion in 2018 (Season 6, Episode 24). In 2022, Jonathan was honored to recieve his Journeyman Smith stamp from the American Bladesmith Society.

At Arkansas Knife Shop, Jonathan works with knifemakers interested in consigning their knives in the shop, and Heather works as the marketing manager.
