This Integral Chef Knife is forged from 52100 with a polished forged finish that measures 10 inches in the blade, 15 1/8 inches in overall length. It measures 3/16 inch thick on the spine just in front of the integral bolster and tapers to a very acute tip.
The handle construction consist of Stabilized Maple and has a sculpted shape to fit the curve of the users grip. The handle measures 3/4 inches thick and swells nicely at the pommel to 1 inch.
Hidden tang integral bolster construction. 10 inch blade, 15 1/8 inches overall. Weight: 11.4 oz. Polished 52100 carbon steel.
Comes with a zippered pouch.
About the Maker: Jesse Bruner owns and operates Forges and Torches in Eskridge, Kansas. He began blacksmithing in elementary school after purchasing a forge at a farm auction. In 2020 he began pursuing knife making more seriously. He primarily forges kitchen knives, while also maintaining a strong passion for daggers and swords.
