This Damascus Hunter has been created with Thermite steel. Thermite steel is a by product of Train rails being welded together in a process where thermite is used. A material data sheet has been created and determined that the components are good for knife steel. The blade has been forged in a drop point profile with a good curve to the cutting edge and a tip for great detail work. The handle starting with the guard is constructed from silicone bronze with a green bone spacer before transitioning into a stabilized and dyed black piece of European Sycamore (Platan) with edge filing and rifle checkering on the pommel. The blade measurements are 3/32 inch on the spine above the ricasso, 1 1/4 inch wide, 4 1/4 inch blade and 8 7/8 inches overall.
This knife comes with a nylon zipperd pouch.
