This Culinary/Kitchen knife is stock removal from 15N20 with a satin finish. The handle is constructed with a beautifully figured piece of Cocobolo with a copper bolster and black G10. When holding it in the hand it has a "Get right down to business" feel to it. The measurements on the blade are just a hair over 1/16 inch thick at the ricasso, 2 1/4 inches wide, length is 8 3/4 inches, 14 1/16 inches overall. Stock Removal.
It comes with a nylon zipper knife pouch.
About the Maker: Greg Campbell owns and operates Cur Custom Blades in Richmond, Virginia. He has been making knives for 9 years and specializes in bushcraft, hunting, EDC and culinary knives in the Japanese style. Greg also teaches knifemaking classes out of Hardway Workshop, a community shop in Richmond, Virginia that he was instrumental in starting. When he's not in the shop, you'll find him managing a genetics lab at Virgina Commonwealth University or at home with his wife of 30 years and three daugthers.
