This Culinary/Kitchen knife is forged from Procut steel, which is a carbon steel and has the perfect balance between toughness and edge retention. The handle is constructed in a Wa style and is composed of a black bolster a Red G10 spacer and Spalted Pecan to finish it out. Blade length is 8 1/4 inches, 13 1/8 inches overall. Forged.
It comes with a nylon zipper knife pouch.
About the Maker: Greg Campbell owns and operates Cur Custom Blades in Richmond, Virginia. He has been making knives for 9 years and specializes in bushcraft, hunting, EDC and culinary knives in the Japanese style. Greg also teaches knifemaking classes out of Hardway Workshop, a community shop in Richmond, Virginia that he was instrumental in starting. When he's not in the shop, you'll find him managing a genetics lab at Virgina Commonwealth University or at home with his wife of 30 years and three daugthers.
