This fixed blade pocket knife is stock removal from Alabama Damascus Ladder Pattern steel (5160 and 15n20 High Carbon Steel) with less than a 1/16 inch thick trailing point blade, flat ground, full tang construction. The handle is 1/2 inch thick and contoured to fit the hand nicely. The handle is assembled with figured Desert Ironwood with two stainless steel pins and a stainless steel lanyard hole. Full tang. 2 9/16 inch blade, 6 inches overall. Alabama Ladder Pattern Damascus. Stock removal.
About the Maker: Jonathan Caruso is a Forged in Fire champion and a Journeyman Smith through the American Bladesmith Society. He retired from the United States Marine Corps and now works at his home forge in Arkansas and is co-owner of Arkansas Knife Shop. He has been making knives since 2013.
