Damascus Tiger Trout B&T w/ G-Carta

This Bird and Trout (B&T) hunting knife has a low layer count Damascus blade of 24 Layers of 1084 and 15N20 high carbon steel in a Tiger Trout pattern made by the maker. The blade measures 4 5/8 inches long, 15/16 inches wide, and 3/32 inch thick just before the guard with a gradual taper to the tip. The guard is 1/2 inch thick copper with stippling on the front and will develop a nice patina over time. The handle is constructed from G.L. Hansen Golden Trout G-Carta handle material. Over all the knife measures 9 1/8 inches long  

This knife comes with a right handed leather drop sheath.

About the Maker: About the Maker: Jonathan Caruso is a Forged in Fire champion and a Journeyman Smith through the American Bladesmith Society. He retired from the United States Marine Corps and now works at his home forge in Arkansas and is co-owner of Arkansas Knife Shop. He has been making knives since 2013.
