Damascus Hunter w/ Turkish Walnut

This Damascus Hunter has been created with a high layer count laddered patterned damascus. The blade is a drop point with a little bit of a leaf shape that has a decent belly and a tip for great detail work. The handle starting with the guard is constructed from 416 stainless steel with a red and black collar before transitioning into a beautiful piece of Turkish Walnut with just the right amount of figuring in it and texturing on the pommel. The blade measurements are 3/32 inch on the spine above the ricasso, 1 1/8 inch wide, 3 5/8 inch blade and 8 3/16 inches overall.

This knife comes with a nylon zippered pouch and does not come with a sheath.

About the Maker: About the Maker: Jonathan Caruso is a Forged in Fire champion and a Journeyman Smith through the American Bladesmith Society. He retired from the United States Marine Corps and now works at his home forge in Arkansas and is co-owner of Arkansas Knife Shop. He has been making knives since 2013.
