Chef Knife in AEBL w/ Black G10

The Chef Knife with a Black G10 handle is a practical handmade kitchen knife with 3/32 inch blade thickness making it a lightweight useful knife in the kitchen. The handle is 7/16 inches thick. The AEBL stainless steel blade has a rockwell hardness of HRC 61. 7 3/4 inch blade. 12.5 inches overall. Stock removal. 

About the Maker: Nick Orr is a Journeyman Smith through the American Bladesmith Society. He works part time out of his home forge in Longview, Texas and full time as a paramedic. He was awarded Best Dressed Fighter Bowie through The Knife Makers Guild in Fort Worth in 2023 and Best Hunter at the Texas Select Custom Cutlery Event in 2023.
