Bowie in 5160 w/ Weru Burl

This massive forged Bowie is expertly crafted with 5160 high carbon steel. The handle starting with the "S" guard is constructed in stainless steel with a nice curve in the bottom of the guard allowing for a nice fit in the hand. The handle is sculpted of a beautiful piece of Weru wood burl fitted to the guard with a titanium spacer in an heirloom connection which allows for a comfortable firm feel.

The spine of the blade measures a 1/4 inch thick at the guard and has a distal taper to the tip. It measures 2 3/16 inches wide from the top of the spine to the cutting edge and the blade measures 12 inches long and 17 inches overall.
