This 4" drop point Hunter is hand forged Canister Damascus. The Damascus is made from 1090 powder steel with 4% nickel content, cable and the core is 52100. It is hollow grind with a 12 inch wheel, full tang and polished finish to assist with ease of care. The handle is constructed from Rams Horn and blue G10 liners. Brass pins secure the handle to the knife. Full tang. 3 3/4 inch blade, 1/16 inch thick on spine 7 3/4 inches overall. Damascus steel. Forged.
It comes with a brown leather belt sheath made by the maker.
About the Maker: Ryan Hight is an Arkansas native and has been smithing for over two years. His love for knives began as a child and making them has proven to be great therapy. He marks each knife with his favorite Bible verse - Proverbs 27:17 - and hopes it inspires others to dig into their Bible too.
