It was forged of 280 layers of 1084 and 15n20. Over the process of forging the blade to the desired thickness, it almost developed a rain drop pattern to it. The handle is assembled with segmented scales of Desert Ironwood, Purple Heart and G10 with Tiffany Blue G10 liners. The scales, although look like they could be taken off, are epoxied onto the tang.
